Having served for 10 years as a National Real Estate Controller (Milli Emlak Kontrolörü) at the Ministry of Finance of Turkey—where he conducted real estate auditing, inspection, and valuation across the country—he has successfully applied this extensive experience to the private sector for years as an independent real estate consultant, real estate training coach, and office director.
